Sime Darby Property (SDP) is an integrated property player focused on property development with complementary operations in property investment, asset management, hospitality and leisure.

SDP’s properties are extensive and range from low-cost to high-end, landed to high rise and freehold to leasehold units. Catering to different consumer demands and preferences, SDP has different types of residential and commercial properties throughout Malaysia, with a particular focus on the areas of Klang Valley and Selangor, as well as Singapore.
